In the Wake of Kenya's Elections

Lillian Awino's story (pictured above): "I have lost all that I had in my house and I don't know if I will ever recover what i had. I used to live in Thika the land of Kikuyus with my husband but we had to run away because our lives were in danger. I thank God so much because I am alive. I saw people dying and this has affected me so much. I have no idea where some of my family members are.

"My hope is that this violence will end and the leaders should come into terms for the sake of our country Kenya."
