More Details: Our partner orphanages in Sudan care for 145 orphans and vulnerable children in the countries of Uganda and Sudan. Many of these children have not had child or infant vaccinations. More Details: Lahash partners with three orphanages that care for 145 orphans. Currently 30 of those children need sponsored. The children of Sudan have face a terrible past two decades of war, starvation, and disease. The children in the orphanages are cared for by a loving staff of committed Christians who serve them and care for their spiritual, physical, emotional, mental, and environmental needs.

Bicycles for Sudanese Staff |

More Details: The staff at the 3 Sudanese orphan homes use a variety of methods for transportation in caring for the children. The most common is using bicycles. The fifteen staff members have requested seven new bicycles to transport food, visit foster kids, take kids to the hospital, and for runs into town.

Food for People with Leprosy |

More Details: Southern Sudan has a large community of people with leprosy. Due to circumstances of war, isolation, and corruption - a large community of 300+ people with leprosy exist in the region. Through our local partnerships we provide food for these men, women, and children who are unable to to dig and plant food to sustain themselves. This gift ensures a three month supply of corn, beans, and other food goods for one family unit.

"These pictures are pictures for Mogiri of our team delivering food to the colony. We want to thank you so much for the money in which you provided to help us to serve these dear, dear people. We know that God will bless you very much and we continue to value your partnership in this ministry.
Some of the food which was provided included corn flower, soap, salt, and beans. This will help to improve the quality of life for these people even for just a short time.
Food is very important but one thing that we require that will help even more is medicine. Just medication as that which will help to cure the lepersy. We will pray that Lahash might find a way to get the medicine to these needy people. We are all trusting God together in this matter. "

School Kits for Kenyans |

More Details: The vulnerable kids in Kenya's slums have little access to educational opportunities. A strict standard requires that children have uniforms to attend school. Often this means that kids are sent home. This gift gives a boy or girl two full sets of clothes, socks, and shoes.
